About Us

Details is a small company that produces unique, framed 3 dimensional wooden models. 

These models begin as an artistic impression of commissioned photographs, available plans or other public domain material.  This interpretation is drawn, by experienced draughtsmen, using state-of-the-art computers, to produce the necessary drawings for the next stage of production.  Purpose built, computer controlled LASER cutting machines are then used to produce a kit of parts from wood veneer, ready for assembly by in-house trained model makers who painstakingly build, mount and frame our models.

Variations in wood grain, density and moisture content, coupled with hand assembly ensure that, in spite of being machine cut, no two models are ever identical!

These are not "Limited Edition" products - each one is an original.

Our customer base is worldwide, reflecting the unique nature and quality of our product.  Although most of our production is for the giftware market, (it's a great gift for the man who has everything!), we also supply a number of customers in the corporate gift market with models from our standard range and with specially commissioned models as diverse as a truck, a space rocket, a patrol boat, various buildings and of course, your company logo or motif.
